At first, I toughed is too psychological but going through the sections I found it very scientific based and it is explained very well how to put the theories in practice. Nice examples and hard exercises but very useful. I needed to reflect and it was a great process to realize my limitations and how to improve my presentation and communication skills. The course has a great structure, the trainer takes time to explain and focus on the practical part how to implement the advices in real life that makes the course very valuable. I will definitely use the knowledge in my career planning and after hire.

Great course, exactly what I needed! Very easy to learn and put in practice valuable methods and formulas. These are the tips I was looking for, especially how to answer difficult questions in a interview and how to sell yourself in interview. I found the course helping to get to know yourself and that Is crucial for a career path. It easy to follow the lessons and resources are very well made. I loved this course. The introduction was a bit long, but as I watched more, the desire to see the rest all at once grew strong. Like a book you can't put down before it's all read. The instructor is very clear and precise, it seems like she really knows what she is talking about. Even though I have been in the game for some years I learned surprisingly lot both about myself and how to deal with my promotion strategy. And I'm sure I have improved my presentation and internal training skills.

The structure of the course is easy to follow. I found the content very useful, to the point, well presented easy to follow. I recommend the course is helping you understand who you are and what can you do to achieve your potential.

The course is very well structured and it has great visual presentation support so is easy to understand. I wished the trainer don’t repeat sometimes but I guess this is how you learn. The resources are structured as well, and they are useful both if you coach someone or if you use it for yourself. There is a lot of content and I feel the course is good value for the time used, as you get both good overall picture but also very concrete tips for many many things. I took the course mainly because I'm interested to develop my own career and perhaps find new directions, but I am always also interested to help others too on these topics. For both "roles", the course is very valuable and professional!
